Use gentle reflection, accessible movement, and creative expression to make self-discovery welcoming. Participation should always be optional.
Use the nine social questions from the Higher Vision as a starting point for a project that addresses a need identified by the community.
Arrive and pause. Explore one idea from the map. Invite each person’s experience. Choose one act of care. At the next gathering, ask what happened and what you learned.
Ask before offering interpretations or advice. Make room for different beliefs and for people who prefer simply to listen.
Agree on privacy and participation. A learning circle should not pressure anyone to disclose personal experiences.
Seek feedback, acknowledge mistakes, and let the needs of participants guide improvements.
